• Annual Town Meeting 2025– April 15th @ 7pm

 

• Board Meetings– Monthly 2^nd Tuesday @ 6pm

 

• Town Picnic – July 26th at Noon in the Town Hall.

Bring a dish to pass, everything else provided 😊

 

• Town Hall Rental– Rent the Town Hall for garage sales, reunions, etc. $50/day – Contact the Clerk

 

• Snow Plowing – State law prohibits plowing snow across town roads from driveways. It is a safety hazard for the snowplow driver and equipment; violators may be fined and liable for damages

 

• Burning Permits –
• Snow on the ground– no permit required.
• No snow – call the Town Chairman for a permit, no charge. You will then need to call the Barron Co. Sheriff’s Department at 715-537-3106 so they can let dispatch know. If you don’t call, fire trucks may show up and you will be responsible for ALL costs.

 

• Fire Calls – Homeowners & landowners are required to pay the total cost for firefighters and fire trucks called out to their property.

 

• Sand/Salt – Available at the Town Shop for residents no charge if they need a pail or two.

 

• Driveway Permits – $35, Chairman must approve
